I have supported and promoted numerous webinars for the International Irradiation Association (iia) and Phytosanitary and Food Irradiation Platform (PFiP), providing both creative, logistical, and promotional support throughout the process.

Webinar Coordination

I coordinate with hosts to gather and organise webinar details, including titles, descriptions, presenter information, and headshots. I provide logistical support to help presenters and hosts focus on their roles, as well as creating branded opening slides, closing slides with presenter and host contact information, and webcam backgrounds for presenters.

Webinar Promotion

I manage the promotional rollout for each webinar across the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other news and event channels. This includes creating promotional graphics and copy, ensuring content is published across platforms in a timely and consistent way.

Webinar Recordings

Following each webinar, I edit and prepare the recording for publication, upload it to YouTube, and create a custom thumbnail. I then promote the recording through website news items, LinkedIn, and newsletters to extend its reach beyond the live event.

Below is an example of a campaign I ran for an iia webinar held in August 2026. The campaign followed a clear visual theme, with all promotional materials using cohesive imagery and consistent iia branding to create a unified and recognisable look across the campaign.
